Office and Factory Clearances
A factory clearance can be a complicated and hazardous job. So what do we clear? Absolutely anything except hazardous waste, (Chemicals-Asbestos etc.) although we can arrange to have such materials cleared for you. We remove heavy machinery, filing cabinets, desks, computers, scrap metal and more, most of which can be taken to auction to be offset against the costs.
As High Court Enforcement Officers and Certificated Bailiffs ourselves, we know how important it is to have the back up and support of a good team. We can offer you and your Enforcement Officers and Bailiffs that support whilst in the field. Our van teams, with both male and female operatives have all worked in a busy auction saleroom so have good a knowledge of values and trading standard requirements.
