Domestic Dog Training
As much as we love them, sometimes our faithful companions can test our patience with particular antics and behaviour – but this is normal and nothing some training cannot resolve. Here at Waterhall Kennels we offer a range of training programmes to suit your dogs needs and your budget. Please see below a list and description of our most popular training programmes.
Puppy Training – Once a week for 8-weeks
Work out the behavioural issues of your dog at an early stage. We offer a thorough 8-week course for you and your puppy. Training methods cover during the course include;
Lead Walking, Sit and stay, return to owner and many more
Intermediate – Once a week for 8-weeks
All off lead work such as walking to heal, sitting, staying and recall.
Advanced – Once a week for 8 weeks
Off lead. This course focus’ on distance control. Can also include whistle control.
Agility – Once a week for 8 weeks
Agility training is offered to dogs of 12 months old and over and focuses on;
Weave poles, jumping, tunnel work and A-frame work.
For the show world of dogs, we also offer competitive obedience training. Practices include heel work, temperament, send, stay, send away, retreive and distance control all at show standard. Show-ring work is also available.
ALL OF THE ABOVE TRAINING CLASSES CONSIST OF 1 HOUR P/W FOR AN 8 WEEK PERIOD AND ARE AVAILABLE AT A TOTAL COST OF JUST £70.
All of the above training course are carried out in a group environment. Whilst this encourages socialisation of your dogs we appreciate that some owners require more attention than can sometimes be offered in a group environment. Our 1-2-1 training course offers dedicated attention to both owner and dog.
With this in mind are now happy to offer any of the above courses on a 1-2-1 basis priced at the unbelievable value of just £80 for the 8-week course.
The above course involve attending 1-hour course, once a week for an 8-week term. For those interest in a more intensive training regime we offer a 2-week solid course that includes full board for your dog at a cost of £240 – you are of course welcome to visit your dog over that period of time.
